Information
This is a rice mix with well-selected dried Shiitake Mushrooms , domestic bamboo shoot and vegetables. In Oita dialect, we generally call mushrooms "naba". The Japanese name of this product is "Naba Meshi". Meshi means rice in Japanese.
How to
Mix with 3 GO (about 450g) of rice and then cook together with Japanese rice cooker. Or cooking only rice with a rice cooker and then blend together.
